IF “Intermittent Fasting”

So I tried Intermittent Fasting yesterday.

Fasting time in total: 22 Hours
Start of fast: 20h30 – 6 August
End of Fast: 19h00 – 7 August

What I allowed during my fast?
:: Water
:: Coffee/Tea with milk & Sugar

Excercise:
Walk 3.2km in the morning, nice full-body workout in the afternoon followed by boxing.

How did I feel?

I got hungry at around 1pm but the feeling subsided. I felt clear-headed and I had lots of energy. No headaches, no pain, no sludge in energy levels.

What an amazing feeling to gym in a fasting state…..
